Billow Return Policy
All sales are final, no returns or exchanges. Devices each have a 1-year warranty. As outlined in the materials that came with the devices, the warranty is valid for the original purchaser only, and proof of purchase from an authorized retailer is required. Registration within 14 days of purchase is required to activate the 1-year warranty on your device if you did not purchase directly from us. If you purchase directly from us, your device is automatically registered. One Year Warranty
At Billow, we stand behind our products and provide a one-year warranty on the devices for electronic and manufacturing defects of their body, electric and heating components, inner container, lid and cover. The One Year Warranty is void if the base holding the device’s electronic components has been in any way opened or altered after purchase, or if there is damage to the unit resulting from misuse, including overfilling the unit or using the unit outdoors. Warranty is valid for original purchaser only, proof of purchase from an authorized retailer is required if not purchased directly from Billow.
If your item’s issue is covered under Billow’s One Year Warranty, please contact [email protected]. Please email us from the email address you used to place your order or include your order number. If you purchased from an authorized reseller, please include your proof of purchase. You will receive a reply within 2 business days to coordinate a replacement. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing.
